SHIPPING CHARGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

1.   We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 699. 
2.   We charge a small fee of Rs 50/- on COD orders
3.   The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.
4.   The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.
5.   Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of order value and mode of shipping.
6.   Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.
   
   

Food products are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped.

Orders once processed cannot be cancelled if shipped.
