  • We source our herbs from over 200 renowned herbs manufacturers and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular herbs-producing regions, namely: Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Kashmir, Rajasthan and West Bengal.

  • After sourcing our herbs directly from farms within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in Kolkata, India. The herbs then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. Herbs then pass through a final 10+ quality checkpoints for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors etc. They are then vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminium-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the herbs remain fresh and maintain their character. Upon receiving a consumer's order, we further pack the required quantity of herbs in smaller air-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes and then sent over to our own delivery centers located in various parts of India.

  • IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON PRODUCTS?/WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS?

    All One Herb products have a shelf-life of 2 years from the Date of Packaging.

  • DO YOU HAVE ANY RETAIL STORES?

    As of now, we are completely an online store. You can choose and purchase any product from the wide variety available on our website.

  • I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

    It is possible the mail has gone to your Spam Folder. If you have still not received the email,please write to us at support@oneherb.in with your complete order and contact details.

  • HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

    You will get an order confirmation email with all order and shipping details.

  • WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

    After checkout, the customer will go to the payment gateway page where he will fill his card details. Post that he will go to the secured page where he will be asked to fill the 3D secured password. Once he does that, Congratulations notification will be shown to him for the successful payment.
